KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Court records show that a criminal case filed in connection with the 2023 death of a 2-year-old girl in Gardner was dismissed Friday after the court said it did not find probable cause.
The defendant, Dyln McDonald, was facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter following the November 2023 death of 2-year-old Alice Carrell-Bennett.
