KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Saturday afternoon residential fire is under investigation in Kansas City.
The Kansas City Fire Department was called to the area of 7800 East 48th Terrace at around 4:20 p.m. On arrival, crews reported a fully involved house in a 1-story residence. Multiple hose lines were used in a defensive fire attack.
An official confirmed with KCTV that the initial call claimed that there were potential explosions at the residence. Residents on the scene also reported that propane tanks were inside the residence. Officials are actively investigating the cause of the fire.
One person was transported by EMS to an area hospital for burns sustained in the fire. No information on their current condition has been released…
