KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two teenagers are facing murder charges after investigators say they were involved in a shooting that left an 18-year-old dead and a 16-year-old with life-threatening injuries outside of a popular bar in Lawrence, Kansas, early Saturday morning.
On Tuesday, the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office charged 18-year-old Caiden Clem of Atchison, Kansas, with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault using a deadly weapon.

Separately, 18-year-old Dai’tron Daniels-Strickland of Shawnee, Kansas, was charged with one count of second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree attempted murder.
