WATCH: Olathe firefighters rescuing deer trapped on frozen lake

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Olathe firefighters received some unexpected ice training this week.

Members of the department responded to Fort Scott Lake to help rescue a deer. The animal was trapped about 100 yards from the shore.
