Freezing cold and a bitter wind chill arrived in Kansas City Friday evening and will last through at least Saturday morning, but snowfall will be limited over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Low temperatures were forecast near zero degrees Saturday morning and wind chill values ranged between -3 and -15 degrees, the weather service said.
