KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A construction union will protest Port KC with banners, accusing the authority of breaking a wage agreement.
The Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council announced the banner campaign on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The Council represents more than a dozen construction trades in the metro.
