Lenexa residents sue City over alleged secret sale of parkland to Habitat for Humanity

LENEXA, Kan. (KCTV) – Six Lenexa residents are suing the City, alleging officials secretly sold parkland to Habitat for Humanity without proper notice.

The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in Johnson County District Court, claims City Manager Beccy Yocham held private meetings with the developer.
