Overland Park-based Dimensional Innovations has announced that it has transitioned to an employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), effective immediately.
Dimensional Innovations is a design firm with over 230 employees, with offices beyond the Kansas City area, including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis and Denver. The firm was founded in 1993 and has grown to operate across 200,000 square feet of design and fabrication space.
“This transition ensures they directly share in the value they help create and strengthens the foundation for the next chapter of our growth,” CEO of Dimensional Innovations, Tucker Trotter, said in a release. “The vision is that the change will also bring in more like-minded and talented individuals that share our values and are truly ready to take ownership of their work, empowering us to deliver even better results for our clients.”…
