KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Planning Commission has unanimously approved plans for a nearly 100,000-square-foot Dillons grocery store at the corner of North Oak Trafficway and Shoal Creek Parkway – a 12-acre site that‘s set empty for years.
