The Olathe City Council has approved a rezoning request for the site of a new Dillons grocery store.
Council members voted 7-0 in favor of rezoning the Business Park District to Community Center District, located southwest of College Boulevard and S. Lone Elm Road near the Olathe Northwest High School. The site is a part of Sunnybrook Business Park 4th Plat on approximately 14.11 acres.
Development plans for Dillons at Sunnybrook include a 99,982 square foot full-service grocery store with a 14-pump gas station and drive-through pharmacy.
