Wendy’s Manager Allegedly Shot Customer in Parking Lot After Drive-Thru Argument

A manager at Wendy’s was arrested for allegedly shooting a customer during a dispute over a chicken order.

Terrence R. Phillips is charged with felony assault in the first degree, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon, according to a press release from the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office in Missouri.

Phillips pleaded not guilty, according to court records, and he is held at the Clay County Jail on a $1 million bond…
