KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Heavy rain across the Kansas City area has already proved to be a headache for some drivers downtown on Friday morning.
After water covered the entire roadway on Interstate 70 at Broadway in downtown Kansas City, road crews shut down traffic for more than two hours due to the dangerous conditions.
