SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Power & Light is facing scrutiny after a state investigation found the contractor it hired violated 13 Florida statutes during herbicide spraying in Santa Rosa County.
The investigation started after dozens of dead chickens and bees were found near a farm following a helicopter spraying power lines.
