PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. — Rough conditions are at Pensacola Beach Tuesday. Double red flags are flying, meaning the Gulf waters are closed.
However, the rough weather didn’t keep everyone away. The rain has been coming down on and off. That has definitely scared a few people off, but not everyone.
