PENSACOLA, Fla. — A federal judge dealt a significant blow to the families suing Saudi Arabia for the 2019 NAS Pensacola terror attack.
The judge ruled the Department of Justice does not need to hand over evidence to the plaintiffs in the case. The victim’s families are suing Saudi Arabia for gross negligence.
