PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 4-month-old Labrador-golden retriever mix named Skipper is making his on-air debut Sunday, joining WEAR-TV meteorologist Kathryn Daniel for her first weather segment at 5 p.m.
Skipper is a future service dog with Canine Companions.
Daniel and her family are raising him for the next year as part of his training, teaching him 30 cues to prepare him for his future handler…
