ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKRG) — A Gulf Shores man was arrested Friday after he was determined to be a suspect in a rape.
Officers with the Orange Beach Police Department were called to a home on Wednesday, Jan. 17 for a report of a sexual assault from an “adult female victim,” according to a news release from OBPD.

The victim’s report and information from other local agencies allowed officers to determine that Christopher Russihi Strachan, 31, was a suspect, according to the release. He was arrested on Jan. 26 and charged with first-degree rape.
