A woman says she wasn’t adequately paid for her work by Circle K. Evening Eubanks filed her lawsuit in federal court against Circle K Stores Inc. According to the complaint, Eubanks started working for Circle K in 2017 and left the company in May 2022. She resumed employment with the company in February 2023. Throughout her tenure, she claims she was paid hourly but says she often worked more than the allotted hours due to understaffing and was not compensated for this overtime.
