JAY, Fla. — The arrest report for a Jay man charged with murder states the victim is a Milton woman — and the killing may have happened as far back as early November. WEAR News reported Sunday that 53-year-old Jeffrey Scott Bostwick was arrested Friday night and later charged with First Degree Murder Without Premeditation.
