SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. ( WKRG ) — A Georgia man has been found guilty of a 2021 murder in Navarre Beach.
Man shot several times, dropped off at a Mobile McDonald’s
John Patrick Guillebeau, 62, of Ellijay, Georgia, was found guilty of second-degree murder with a firearm for the death of Victor Trial in November of 2021.
On Nov. 14, 2021, officers were called to a home where they found Trial dead from a gunshot wound to his back.
Officers viewed surveillance footage and gathered forensic evidence, which reportedly showed Guillebeau entering the apartment at 12:58 p.m. and leaving at 1:01 p.m.
Guillebeau was arrested several days later in Alabama.

He faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years and a maximum sentence of life in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for April 29.
