FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – The city of Foley is seeing unprecedented growth and with that comes more traffic. The city is currently conducting a comprehensive traffic study related to speeding and congestion on city streets. The goal is to make existing roads safer and to also create guidelines for new developments and road construction.
