FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) – Foley city officials say the city’s new budget includes money for a new library, road and sidewalk improvements, and other projects. FOLEY – Foley’s new budget includes funding for a new library, completed Public Works facility, road and sidewalk improvements and a wide variety of other major projects to meet the demands of one of Alabama’s fastest growing cities in the upcoming year.
