The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office located a missing 7-month-old boy Monday night after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an Amber Alert earlier in the day.

The ECSO safely found Darryl Duane Folmar III just hours after FDLE’s Amber Alert. Folmar had been missing since he was last seen on the 1400 block of Clio Drive.

After finding the child, ECSO arrested his father, Darryl Folmar II, who did not have custody of the child.

Folmar II was booked into Escambia County Jail just before 8 p.m., but his charges have not been listed.
