Pensacola International Airport is hosting an Honor Flight for a group of heroic veterans from Covington County, Alabama, and beyond, as they embark on a memorable journey to Washington, D.C. The Honor Flight, organized to pay tribute to veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, will depart from the airport early on the morning of Oct. 12 and return the same evening.
