ECSO: Milton teens follow Pensacola man home following car crash and fatally shoot him

Two teens were arrested for allegedly killing a man in an apparent road rage incident, according to an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post

Deputies arrested Milton brothers Andres Harlee, 16, and Anthony Harlee Jr., 18, after they allegedly followed someone home on Oct. 2 after a “minor” car accident and allegedly fatally shot him multiple times in his Fairfield Drive driveway.

“The investigation revealed Andres Eugene Harlee and Anthony Eugene Harlee Jr. followed the victim to his home after they had been in a minor car accident,” the release said. “They parked a white Jeep SUV in front of the victim’s driveway and exited the vehicle.”

After exiting the vehicle, the brothers began arguing with the victim before allegedly firing the shots. They then fled and allegedly burned their clothes while attempting to burn the gun magazines.

The ECSO says both were arrested on charges of homicide and tampering with evidence. Deputies did not release the name of the victim.
