MITLON, Fla. — A man in Milton was found dead in his home on Friday, Jan. 24. Santa Rosa County deputies discovered 68-year-old Allen Phillips was shot in the chest. Sheriff Bob Johnson believes it was the victims’ wife, 48-year-old Tequila Phillips, who pulled the trigger. She was arrested in Wetumpka, Ala.
