ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. (WSFA) – The Alabama Department of Corrections is looking for an escaped inmate.
Inmate Antonio McCoy was out at an assigned job location in Alex City at about 8 a.m. Tuesday when he left.
McCoy is 48-years-old and described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 178 lbs., with brown eyes. He is also known to have several tattoos including:
- Angel with hearts
- Skull with a hat and bandana
- Skull with a gun, bandana, and fence
- Bullet holes and a dollar
- Hands in shackles
He is currently serving a 35 year sentence for first-degree robbery out of Jefferson County.
