PENSCOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Churches in Mobile and Pensacola welcomed worshippers to Stations of the Cross services this afternoon in observance of Good Friday. A service in which 14 images depict the Crucifixion of Christ.

Father John Lynes, Pastor at Little Flower Catholic Church in Mobile, said Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter are the biggest days in which the church immerses itself with Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for humanity.
“This is a time we share, in the whole mystery of Christ, suffering death and resurrection. It’s what our faith is all about,” said Pastor Lynes. “This is huge for all Christians throughout the world to celebrate Christ conquering of death.”
