SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office is working with the proper officials to get a 79-year-old Gulf Breeze woman with dementia the help she needs following her arrest, according to Chief Deputy Randy Tifft.
WEAR News reported earlier Friday that Elizabeth Diane Collins was arrested Monday for domestic violence aggravated battery after she reportedly hit her husband in the head with a hammer inside their home.
