New details on suspect arrested for Pensacola Village deadly shooting

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Nearly two weeks after a deadly shooting at the Pensacola Village Apartments, 34-year-old Antonio Ewing sits in jail across the state.

U.S. Marshals arrested Antonio Ewing Wednesday afternoon in Tallahassee.

Back in 2010, Ewing was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a crime spree where he robbed a Tom Thumb and escaped from deputies after being arrested.

Ewing also served prison time for grand theft and, most recently, cocaine possession and obstruction, where he served three years in state prison. He only just got out in January…
