Baldwin County immigration operations continue, with 9 arrests in Foley

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Nine people were arrested in Foley Monday in the latest immigration enforcement operation.

According to an FBI-Mobile Facebook post, the latest operation was a joint effort of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security Investigations, Customs and Border Protection, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Drug Enforcement Administration and Enforcement and Removal Operations.

A minor child was found during the operation and is “now safe,” according to the post. No information was given on the age of the child, or if there was a relationship to any of those arrested.
