PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – Public Universities in Florida, specifically in the panhandle, are proving that a big future doesn’t have to come with a big price tag.
The U.S. Department of Education recently produced its annual report on college affordability, rating over 2,000 four-year, public colleges across the country.
