Having endured his share of poor mouthing about the state of county financial affairs, Santa Rosa County Administrator Brad Baker seemed eager at the end of a July 10 budget workshop to set the record straight.
“We’re not gloom and doom,” he told county commissioners. “We have been very blessed.”
