SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A portion of a Santa Rosa County road will be closed starting on Aug. 4 for two bridge replacements.
Milton Police Department launches Operation Safety Cone
According to a county news release, Whitfield Road from Jesse Whitfield Road to Wild Dogwood Road will be closed. The road is expected to reopen mid-October, weather permitting.
Drivers on the west side of the closure will use a detour of Whitfield Road to Highway 87 North to Highway 4 to Lewis Road to Whitfield Road, while drivers heading east can detour the opposite way.
