WALTON COUNTY, Fla. — A Pensacola surgeon has been sentenced to eight years in prison after being found guilty earlier this year of raping a woman in Walton County.
Circuit Court Judge J. Ryan Love sentenced Dr. Francis Herrbold, 54, on Thursday to eight years in prison followed by three years of Sex Offender Probation. He is also designated a Sexual Offender.
