Foley Woman Charged After Man’s Body Found in Her Apartment

Foley, Ala. (WDNews) – A Baldwin County woman is facing a criminal charge after police discovered a man’s decomposing body inside her apartment.

Foley officers were called to the Alison Pointe Apartments by a concerned neighbor. Inside the unit, they found the man’s body in a bedroom, and investigators believe he had been dead for up to two weeks.

The resident, Valerie Bonner, reportedly told officers the man may have died from a drug overdose. “She said she didn’t report it because she was scared she’d get in trouble,” said Foley Police Lt. Tony Fuqua…
