GULF BREEZE, Fla. (WKRG) — A Gulf Breeze man won the lottery with a “$1,000,000 a Year for Life” scratch-off ticket.

According to a Florida Lottery news release, Fadil Begic, 49, bought the winning ticket at the Publix on Tiger Park Lane in Gulf Breeze, and claimed the $1 million prize.
