Blind Melon is hoping for the latter. Years after the band’s early 1990s success with “No Rain” and its ubiquitous video, and the 1995 death of neo-hippie guru frontman Shannon Hoon, Blind Melon is back, and will perform at Pensacola’s Vinyl Music Hall on Aug. 15.
