According to a county news release, the areas affected include Joybrook Road, Lindsey Magnolia Court, Emily Magnolia Court, Magnolia Harbor Drive, Tall Oak Court, Sound Creek Court, Mulberry Lane, all of Ivalea Gardens, and businesses in Crowne Centre Plaza.
