PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Police in Pensacola are investigating after someone was shot just before dawn. According to a news release, a patrol officer heard the sound of gunfire and “shot spotter” confirmed it happened in the 800 block of West Gadsden Street at about 6 am.
One person was shot outside of a home. They were taken to a hospital in stable condition with what’s described as a non-life-threatening injury. Police say they have no information on a suspect at this time. The news release did not say what may have led up to this shooting.
