Shuckers snap six-game losing streak with 6-3 win over Pensacola Blue Wahoos

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — The Biloxi Shuckers entered Monday’s game against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos on a six-game losing streak but bounced back into the win column with a 6-3 win.

Biloxi fell behind by one run in the second inning, before Garrett Spain’s two-run blast in the bottom of the frame pushed the home team ahead by a score of 2-1. The Shuckers added another run in the third inning and three more runs in the fourth inning to put the game nearly out of reach.

The Blue Wahoos added a pair of runs in the top of the fifth inning to cut the lead in half, but the Shuckers stood tall on defense to maintain their lead…
