ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Three people who were previously deported for being in the country illegally were found in Escambia County and indicted for illegal reentry, according to the Department of Justice.
DOJ convicts 5 people in Northwest Florida for illegal reentry
The three people are 42-year-old Narciso Oswaldo Moreno-Zepeda, 32-year-old Franklin David Zelaya-Funez and 38-year-old Edwin Martinez-Cruz, according to a DOJ news release.
Moreno-Zepeda is a Honduran national who was previously deported in 2014 and reportedly located in June 2025. The trial is scheduled for Oct. 6.
