UWF student receives 2025 Kappa Delta Pi Distinguished Chapter Officer Award

Tommy Seeker, an undergraduate student at the University of West Florida’s School of Education, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) Distinguished Chapter Officer Award. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding student leaders for their creativity, dedication, and significant contributions to their local KDP chapters.

Seeker, who serves as an officer and Webmaster for the Omicron Delta Chapter, was nominated by his fellow chapter members for his exceptional leadership and commitment to the honor society. The Omicron Delta Chapter at UWF is a chapter of the National Kappa Delta Pi, an organization that supports and recognizes scholarship and excellence in education. Its purpose is to uphold the KDP mission to “inspire and equip teachers to thrive.”
