ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola man has been sentenced for manslaughter.

According to a release from the Office of the State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit of Florida, Martin Everardo Cardenas was convicted of manslaughter with a firearm and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Cardenas shot and killed his step-son, Ray Oehlerking, on Nov. 8, 2023. Witnesses say Cardenas bumped into the victim, made an unintelligible statement, and walked to his room.
Oehlerking followed Cardenas, who then shot him twice. He then followed Oehlerking to the kitchen and shot him three more times, once in the back of the head…
