SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Three local bars are being sued in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a 22-year-old killed in a Pace DUI crash.
The lawsuit says Leslie Highstreet’s first tab opened at Cosse’s Place in Pace just after noon on that March day, while the last one closed nearly 10 hours later at Mugs and Jugs in Pensacola — only 10 minutes before the crash that killed Luca Kukuk.
