PENSACOLA, Fla. (WALA) – This sweet little girl is more than just a puppy. It’s the greatest surprise ever for Retired Army Staff Sergeant Timothy Rodriguez.
He’s lived a life of service. Following family tradition, he joined the Army in 1983 and spent several tours in Germany and Ethiopia before retiring in 2003. During those missions he experienced a lot and lost friends. Rodriguez then continued to serve back home, by working with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.
