UWF INCREASES CAPITAL CAMPAIGN GOAL TO $100 MILLION, ANNOUNCES NEW ADVANCEMENT LEADERSHIP

PENSACOLA, Fla. (Oct. 10, 2025) – The University of West Florida is building on its record-breaking fundraising success, increasing the goal for its “Here for Good” capital campaign from $90 million to $100 million. The campaign, which launched publicly in April 2024, has already surpassed its original goal thanks to the overwhelming generosity of donors, alumni and community partners.

This past year, UWF saw sustained growth in philanthropic support, raising more than $15.7 million. More than 4,300 alumni gave back to the university, and 12 programs, scholarships and facilities received new names through donor support. This followed a record-breaking year when $31.4 million was raised.
