Two more national franchises are planned for the Ransley Station development in Northwest Pensacola, a new McAlister’s Deli and a Supercuts salon.
The proposal calls for the construction of a new, 4,400-square-foot building and was filed Oct. 31 by local engineer David W. Fitzpatrick and his civil engineering firm on behalf of the owners.
Ransley Station is an ongoing multi-use plaza project that will include apartment complexes, restaurants, retail, medical services and a hotel. There’ll be four restaurants at Ransley Station so far if county officials approve McAlister’s Deli to join the plaza…
