Escambia County reverses ban on fire station emblems after community backlash

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A whirlwind of emotions in the last 24 hours for the Escambia County firefighting community.

Wednesday night, county administrators issued an order banning custom fire-station logos or patches from all firetrucks and equipment in the county.
