Florida man faces drug charges after police find controlled substances during traffic stop

A Pace, Fla. man was arrested Nov. 14 on possession of a controlled substance charges, according to the Atmore Police Department.

Public Information Officer Sgt. Darrell McMann said in a release that Douglas Owens, 44, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
